Gas reactor is a plant, in which reaction of turning cellulose into gas mix proceeds.
how it works?
When wood biomass is burned with temperature over 1200oС, gas appears in the reactor. The gas mix is transferred to gas-engine that generates electricity. Exhaust heat by means of external heat exchanger is transferred to heating network loop.
advantages of technology
- Self-containment (can be used in locations, where it’s hard to get electricity from central network)
- Resistance to weather conditions
- Relatively quick start (up to 15 minutes)
- Connection of gas engine to generator without reducing gear box
- Option of remote control
we offer
Plants for wood gasification, generation of electricity and residual heat with nominal power 50 kW and 250 kW.
reference project
In 2015 we have successfully started energy complex “Prometeus” with total power 100 kW in public utility Borovka (Belarus).
